THE DESIGNER

Mina Bahuch was educated at the Helen Lefeaux Fashion School and holds degrees in Fashion Design and Marketing Arts from Kwantlen University College in Richmond, Canada and Beautician in Munich, Germany. 

Following a successful career in Munich, Germany operating her own spa, Mina relocated to Vancouver, BC in 1992.

Whilst working in environments that required wearing a uniform, Mina noticed the distinct lack of availability of fashionable yet comfortable uniforms.  This created the opportunity and impetus to found Mimountino Designs Ltd. in 2008 with the goal of fusing style with functionality into a quality uniform.

Mina’s inspirations include icons such as Yves Saint-Laurent, Valantino and Thierry Mugler. She is passionate about the convergence of couture and elegant fabrics with the practical needs of today’s professionals.
